- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics, track trends, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Good Knowledge in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta reports, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage End to End paid performance media accounts which including planning, strategy, execution, optimization, reporting and post-campaign analysis of SEM and Paid Social campaign
Supporting the optimization of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns while monitoring optimal spend on campaign budgets.
Monitor and analyze data in paid campaigns to regularly provide insightful and actionable recommendations to clients
Assume full responsibility of assigned campaigns and delivery of pre-set KPIs with clients.Assisting the preparation of performance reports and the extraction of key insights in order to support data driven decision making.
Collaborate internally with Sales, SEO, Graphics, Content and Tech team for client campaign support and campaign growth opportunities
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent diploma in either Mass Communications, Digital Advertising/Media, Business Studies or relevant experience
Minimum of 4 – 5 years of hands on planning and execution practical experience either agency or inhouse
Google Ads and Analytics certified individuals only
Hands on Facebook and paid social media experience
